We read it and reply
A member of the Coalition's leadership team answers within a few days — usually with a question or two of our own.

A short scoping call
Thirty minutes to shape the question into something a cohort can actually investigate, and to agree what a useful report would look like.
- 03
A cohort and a work plan
If it fits, we assemble the researchers the problem calls for and send back a timeline with named deliverables.
